Active in the Littoral neuchâtelois, Eli10 is an electricity supplier and a service provider in the fields of energy, drinking water, and telecoms. Committed to sustainable development, Eli10 is a regional actor in the energy transition.

To complete our water service team, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Your role

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will ensure the study, coordination, and monitoring of the projects entrusted to you, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. In this capacity, your main missions are:

• Study and manage projects related to networks, from their preparation to their realization, ensuring technical, administrative, and financial monitoring.
• Plan and coordinate project realization, by preparing the necessary documents for field teams and ensuring coordination with the various services, suppliers, and external organizations.
• Ensure the administrative and financial monitoring of projects, notably through the establishment of credit requests, offers, orders, and the elements necessary for billing.
• Monitor the execution of works, notably through participation in site meetings, monitoring suppliers and purchases, as well as coordination with the various stakeholders.
• Contribute to the technical evolution of the field, by ensuring monitoring of standards, regulations, and new technologies and by participating in continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate transversally with the various internal services, notably the technical office, other project managers, and the foreman, and participate in the coordination meetings necessary for the proper progress of projects.

Required experience and training

• Initial training as a sanitary technician or equivalent title completed by higher technical training (Federal Diploma of Network Installer) or an engineering degree.
• In-depth knowledge of water networks and mastery of the standards, regulations, and legal obligations of the field (OFSP, SSIGE, safety).
• Experience in project management (coordination, implementation, continuous improvement).
