This position offers a wide variety of responsibilities, making each day a unique experience at the heart of the organization's smooth functioning. You will find the main tasks below:

Room management: Preparation, setup, and closing of classrooms and common areas.
Catering: Ordering meals, coordination with the restaurant, management of breaks and aperitifs.
Stocks & equipment: Supply and control of office equipment, badges, and furniture.
Administration: Updating documents and processes, support to collaborators.
Security: Being part of the first aid team and evacuation exercises.
IT: Comfortable with IT, 1st level IT support
