Mission

• Proactive sales and advice
• Compliance with internal and legal directives prescribed regarding QA and occupational safety in the company
• Ensure the cleanliness of one's own workstation
• Recognize, grasp, and transmit customer needs
• Ensure the freshness and presentation of goods
• Ensure that labeling complies with the labeling concept
• Ensure that goods are 100% available (shelf, 2nd point of sale, promotional location)
• Carry out inventory according to the specifications
• Take note of complaints and transmit them accordingly
• Scan goods at the check-out

Required skills and qualities

• Completed training in the food sector (cook, baker, retail, butcher)
• Reliable, efficient, and correct work
• Neat presentation and enjoyment of contact with customers
• Enthusiasm to take on new challenges
• Physical resilience
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Impeccable knowledge of French
• Training in operating a forklift and/or a pallet jack (SUVA standard) would be an asset.
