We are looking for:

Manager of the Boutique Créature in Martigny at 100%

The sale of second-hand clothing provides a training space for those who sort, enhance, and shelve them. At the head of Boutique Créature, you combine commercial performance with the support of people in professional reintegration.

Your role:

You direct the shop and its team: 8 to 10 participants in professional reintegration (unemployment insurance, social action, disability insurance) and several permanent employees. You are responsible both for the results of the shop and for the progress of the people you supervise.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for the shop and ensure its attractiveness: presentation, enhancement of merchandise, quality of welcome.
• Drive commercial activity: customer advice and sales monitoring.
• Organize daily operations: plan activities, distribute tasks according to each person's skills and abilities, guarantee quality of service.
• Supervise the team in the field: set a clear working framework, train and motivate participants.
• Accompany each participant: help them develop their skills, monitor their progress and report to the pedagogical team.
• Work hand in hand with the pedagogical team to promote the success of each journey.
• Ensure administrative follow-up and activity reporting using MS Office tools.

Your profile:

• You have confirmed experience in shop management and training in the sales field. Experience in supporting adults or in the professional reintegration sector is an asset.
• You are a field manager: you know how to set a clear framework, mobilize a team and unite them around common goals, including when the journeys and needs of the people are very different.
• You organize and coordinate activities and priorities effectively on a daily basis.
• You are comfortable with MS Office tools, which you use for activity monitoring and administrative management.
• You express yourself and write with ease in French, both orally and in writing.
• You know how to create a climate of trust and commitment and you enjoy teamwork.
