As part of an industrial project, our client wishes to integrate an experienced specialist in dial manufacturing. This position is intended for a hands-on person capable of providing recognized expertise in one or more processes, solving production issues, and contributing sustainably to the reliability and optimization of professional know-how.

Desired Profile

• Proven experience in the manufacturing of watch dials * Recognized expertise in one or more areas related to the dial: electroplating, varnishing, painting or lacquering, decal, pad printing, CNC machining, decoration, finishing, quality control, methods or industrialization * Very good understanding of the aesthetic, technical, and qualitative constraints specific to dial manufacturing * Ability to analyze interactions between processes, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions * Appreciated experience in process structuring, formalization of standards, and capitalization of know-how * Strong field orientation, rigor, autonomy, sense of detail, and pragmatic approach * Taste for knowledge transfer and ability to collaborate with various technical interlocutors Main Responsibilities
• Provide your expertise on one or more stages of manufacturing, decoration, or finishing of dials + Analyze technical issues encountered in production and implement concrete and sustainable solutions + Contribute to the stabilization, reliability, and optimization of industrial processes + Participate in the definition of ranges, sequences, standards, and manufacturing best practices + Collaborate with Production, Quality, Methods, Industrialization, and Development departments in order to secure the quality and reproducibility of parts + Support field teams, transmit your know-how, and contribute to their skill development + Participate in continuous improvement efforts regarding quality, performance, and process control
