Ref 2580732 | Date: 24 Sept 2026 Qualibroker -- Swiss Risk Care SA For the Medical Expenses department, the Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care group is looking for a Trilingual Health Insurance Administrator 100% - FR/GER/ENG. As part of this role, you will provide support in terms of management and advice in the field of health insurance (LAMal base and complementary) for several major clients (multinational companies), namely: * Determination of the obligation to affiliate and advising clients on Swiss and European health insurance systems (cross-border workers, expatriates, residents in Switzerland, etc.), * Regular contact with insured persons, the HR departments of client companies, as well as with insurers, * Daily administrative management of an international clientele (processing emails, telephone calls, and mail), * Control of invoices issued by insurers, * Participating in the continuous improvement of internal processes. Profile: * Commercial training (CFC, diploma, professional maturity or equivalent), * Possession of the AFA certificate is an asset. Failing this, we offer the possibility to finance it as part of the engagement, * Proven experience in administrative management in insurance, particularly in health insurance (LAMal, LCA), * Linguistic skills: English and German minimum C1 mandatory (or failing that, a confirmed B2 level of German). Mastery of German in both written and spoken form is indispensable for this position, * Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, * Ease with numbers, solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Pack, particularly Excel, * Flexible, versatile, autonomous, and organized by nature.
