For the boarding school located in Echichens, we are looking for a Social Educator at 80% on a CDI whose main mission consists of accompanying, within a residential home for protection open 365 days a year, children/young people aged between 6 and 18, in accordance with the mandate defined by the user services. Your mission: * Provide supportive and reassuring socio-educational accompaniment * Implement educational projects centered on the skills and needs of the children and adolescents welcomed * Participate in different networks with partners * Be an actor in institutional projects. Required profiles: * A HES/ES social educator diploma or a title deemed equivalent * Confirmed experience with children in difficulty * A naturally containing posture attentive to the needs of the children including the group * Confirmed experience in transdisciplinary collaboration (pedagogical, therapeutic and educational) * A sense of communication as well as a capacity for adaptation and flexibility * Knowledge of the youth protection system would be an asset * Autonomy, rigor and organization * Holder of a driver's license (car).
