Interface & Automation Product Specialist (Suisse romande)
In this role, you will actively participate in the development of our presence in the Swiss market by providing your expertise, your advisory skills as well as solutions adapted to the needs of our customers.
Field of responsibility:
Technical advice and follow-up of the Interface & Automation range (by telephone, via MS Teams, on site)
Develop, analyze and follow up on offers
Manage warranty cases, claims and returns
Participate in the launch of new products and lead internal training
Independently drive and coordinate customer projects
Your profile:
Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German (C1 level)
Technical training (electrotechnics, automation, mechatronics or equivalent)
Experience in technical support and/or the sale of technical solutions
Strong affinity for technology and pleasure in collaborating with customers to find adapted solutions
Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Team spirit and interpersonal skills
