We are looking for an experienced electrical project manager to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding team. This position will allow you to take charge of large-scale projects.

Job Description

• Coordination of technical teams on different construction sites
• Monitoring of safety on sites (compliance with strict safety standards)
• Planning of tasks and management of human resources on the construction site
• Communication with different stakeholders (clients, teams, partners)
• Management of administrative aspects related to projects (budgets, deadlines, invoicing)
• Preparation of technical elements and management of subcontractors

Profile sought

• Significant experience in managing electrical projects in an industrial environment in Switzerland
• Expertise in electrical maintenance and installation (ideally in industrial environments or related to renewable energies)
• Knowledge in on-site safety management (mandatory PPE: helmet, gloves, glasses, safety shoes)
• Team management skills, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to respect tight deadlines
• Mastery of planning and project management tools
• Experience in video surveillance and management of construction sites on motorways would be a plus
