Educator

Imperative criterion:
Early Childhood Educator diploma (ES) or a title deemed equivalent in the canton of Genève

Your mission and responsibilities:
Adhere to the sector's project and participate in the development and/or take ownership of the pedagogical project of the reception structure
Get involved in the various institutional, cultural and creative projects
Collaborate to establish an atmosphere favorable to the development of each child
Develop a relationship of trust and partnership with families
Integrate and evolve within a supportive, dynamic and proactive team
Collaborate in a constructive and benevolent manner with colleagues, management and the network
Participate actively and regularly in teamwork

Be able to integrate quickly into the team and get involved in institutional reflection.
Demonstrate a keen sense of responsibility and organization.
Work autonomously and responsibly. Possess good skills in terms of collaboration and communication. Demonstrate dynamism, flexibility and creativity.
Have pedagogical skills and experience, as well as a good capacity for reflection.
