We look forward to receiving your application file. ### What you accomplish * Management and supervision of a team of approximately 15 employees * Control of production processes to guarantee the requested quantities, within the allotted time and the desired quality, with the implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations * Steering performance indicators and supporting the team towards fixed results * Promotion of continuous improvement on the production line * Compliance with legal requirements, obligations, and internal regulations in terms of labels, occupational safety, health protection, sustainable development, and food safety ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (CFC) * Specialization: in the food sector; ideally completed by higher education * Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the industrial or food sector, combined with a first successful experience in people management * Excellent communication, solution-seeking, and team spirit skills * Proficiency with MS Office and SAP knowledge * Flexibility in working hours * French (B1) * German (ADVANTAGEOUS) ### What we offer you * Occupational pension: Insurance with the Migros Pension Fund offering benefits significantly above the legal minimum; 2/3 are covered by the company. * Employee offers: Additional Cumulus points, special conditions at Banque Migros and mobile subscription, participation in Ecole-Club/fitness. * Informal address: Hi everyone - and let's use 'tu'! * Training and continuing education: We actively train our employees through internal programs and, if necessary, support external continuing education in terms of time and financing.
