• Competent and customer-oriented advice on-site and on the phone
• Creation of offers and complete processing of customer orders in various segments (Energie Solutions, Power Distribution, Building Automation and Data Technology)
• Information on prices, delivery times, and product availability
• Professional and solution-oriented processing of complaints
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ or Montage-Elektriker EFZ
• Commercial flair
• Proficient MS-Office skills
• Business fluent German; French language skills are an advantage
• Sales personality with high customer orientation
• Independent and precise way of working
• Team player and flexible personality with high commitment and resilience
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
