Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a housing department for adults with disabilities, involving intellectual impairment or physical issues, a specialized school, and a workshops and vocational training sector.

For the Plein Soleil department at the Lausanne site, welcoming 68 people in residential care living with an acquired neurological impairment, we are looking for:

ASSC in the field of neurology in 12h00

Working on the basis of disciplinary and/or interdisciplinary objectives, the ASSC creates a partnership relationship with the resident and their relatives. He/she intervenes in all acts of daily life by accompanying and supporting the resident with the aim of fostering their autonomy and promoting their health.

Main tasks:
Take care of the welcomed person, respecting the values of the Institution and referring to the accompaniment concept;
Support or supplement the welcomed person, depending on their autonomy, in daily life activities, respond to their care needs, and accompany them through the different situations of their life trajectory;
Contribute to the implementation of personalized accompaniment projects for welcomed persons within the framework of interdisciplinary work;
Collaborate in the organization of work, the integration of new professionals, and the development of care within the residence;
Collaborate closely with the nursing team in the management of residents and provide medico-technical care under supervision;
Perform administrative and logistical tasks inherent to the management of residents.

We require:
CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health (ASSC)
Skills to work in interdisciplinarity
Strong interest in neurology
Sense of listening, ease in communication and negotiation
Dynamism and sense of responsibility
