To strengthen its teams, it is looking for a: Logistics Manager 100% (M/F) Your mission: * Organize and optimize internal and external logistics flows to guarantee the availability of goods, respect for deadlines, and service quality. * Ensure the reception, storage, and monitoring of goods, as well as the management of replenishment orders. * Implement and maintain a reliable inventory system, analyze discrepancies, and guarantee the traceability of stock movements. * Optimize stock levels and procurement processes in a continuous improvement approach. * Manage customer returns and complaints in collaboration with the relevant departments. * Supervise and support the logistics team, organize the distribution of work, and ensure skill development. * Ensure effective coordination with other departments. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and raise team awareness regarding best practices. Your profile: * You have a CFC in logistics and can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in the field of logistics. * You possess in-depth knowledge of construction tools and site equipment. * You are proficient in IT tools and are comfortable with stock and inventory management. * You have the ability to supervise a team and coordinate daily activities. * Rigorous and organized, you demonstrate proactivity, diplomacy, and good resistance to stress. * You are proficient in French.
