In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a panel beater/painter.

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Diagnose damage on vehicles (impacts, scratches, corrosion) and establish a repair plan
• Perform bodywork: straightening, dent removal, replacement of bodywork elements
• Prepare surfaces before painting (sanding, filling, priming)
• Perform painting operations, including mixing and shade adjustment for a perfect match
• Ensure finishing (polishing, buffing) for an optimal aesthetic result
• Use specific professional equipment (paint booth, spray gun, measuring/straightening bench)
• Control the quality of repairs carried out before returning the vehicle
• Respect the deadlines announced to customers, internal workshop procedures, as well as safety and environmental standards (management of chemical products, paint waste)
• Collaborate with other trades in the workshop (mechanics, automotive electricity) as needed

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Holder of a CFC in panel beating-painting or training deemed equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar position desired
• Good mastery of painting and surface preparation techniques
• Manual dexterity and good color perception
• Attention to detail, precision, and concern for the quality of work delivered
• Autonomy in work organization and respect for deadlines
• Ability to work in a team within a workshop
• Category B driving license, an asset
