Quality Technician M/F

Reporting directly to the Quality/Metrology/Safety Manager, your mission will be as follows:

Ensure supplier monitoring in order to control the quality of supplied products as well as the manufacturing of products internally, from the project phase until validation by customers.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Create and ensure the monitoring of control chart plans
• Audit internal products and processes according to VDA standards &
• Ensure the qualification of new suppliers
• Perform the initialization, verification, and approval of supplier EMPB / PPAP
• Coordinate control activities with our subsidiary in China
• Manage complaints
• Organize and manage sorting resulting from supplier complaints
• Transfer customer complaints to the relevant suppliers and ensure follow-up
• Perform monitoring of feasibility analyses and the industrialization of JESA products
• Create surveillance plans
• Create EMPB / PPAP for our customers
• Provide transversal support to the Metrology department as well as to other company services during peak activity
• Support JESA production departments within the framework of continuous improvement
• Key User SPC

Your profile:

• Higher education as an ES technician in microtechniques or polymechanic or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, VDA, and APQP processes
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, 5 why, Ishikawa, etc.)
• Good knowledge of metrology practices and good IT knowledge
• Good skills in German and English
• Programming of three-dimensional measuring machines (PC-Dmis), a plus
• Experience in the automotive sector, a plus
• Analytical mindset and ability to propose solutions in a continuous improvement process
