Your mission :

• Manage Data Excellence, Digital Workplace, operational excellence, 5S and stock governance activities
• Coach and guide the associated resources within the department
• Manage actor networks and promote the sharing of best practices within the Division
• Lead the collection, qualification and prioritization of needs for data sources, in coordination with the IT teams
• Support the deployment of tools, processes and indicators related to the activities under responsibility
• Support and train users in best practices for using tools and data
• Contribute to the quality, reliability and enhancement of the Division's data
• Participate in a continuous improvement dynamic and in the development of the Division's digital maturity

Skills ##

Your profile :

• Engineering degree in computer science EPF, HES/HEG or training deemed equivalent
• Solid knowledge in project management and agile methods
• Experience in business analysis would be an asset
• Strong appetite for numbers, sense of organization, analytical and synthesis skills
• Natural leadership, interpersonal skills, diplomacy and team spirit
• Dynamic, unifying, autonomous and rigorous personality, endowed with great intellectual curiosity
