Under the responsibility of the Support Team Manager, the customer support technician provides a service to our clients by ensuring:

• The processing and follow-up of customer requests by telephone, email, and ticketing system.
• User assistance on all software modules: Accounting, Commerce (purchasing, sales, stocks) and Salaries.
• Technical assistance and help with software configuration, installations, updates.

The position is evolving depending on software experience.
Profile sought:

• CFC commercial employee or accounting.
• Accounting or software experience.
• Experience in hotline or customer relations.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French, German is a plus.
• Knowledge of business management software is a plus.
