Your role and your daily impact
----------------------------------------

• Develop & Unify: Prospect and develop your network of partner companies in the Geneva basin by proposing tailor-made recruitment solutions (temporary and permanent).
• Advise & Manage: Become the trusted partner of your clients by finely understanding their technical and HR challenges.
• Recruit the best talents: Source, evaluate, and support your temporary employees and candidates with high standards and kindness.
• Retain: Ensure regular close follow-up, guaranteeing a lasting partnership in the field.

What we are looking for
-----------------------

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a placement / recruitment agency (ideally in a technical sector).
• Local grounding: An excellent knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric and a network of local companies (a real plus to start strong).
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You enjoy field contact, prospecting, taking on challenges, and working in a team.
• Languages & License: Perfect mastery of French. Mastery of another language is a very appreciated asset. Driver's license indispensable.
