You are the orchestra conductor of our agency, the preferred point of contact between our customers' expectations and the technical resources available. As a coordinator, you transform needs into concrete solutions – with efficiency, reactivity, and precision.

What you will do and do brilliantly

• Respond to customer calls with professionalism and a smile (it can be heard even on the phone)
• Propose personalized solutions and establish rental offers and contracts
• Organize machine schedules and organize their transport
• Guarantee fluid and reactive management of the agency on a daily basis
• Actively collaborate with local, regional, and headquarters teams
• Be the ally of the agency manager, ready to replace them if needed

The profile that will make the difference:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in service, ideally in rental
• Impeccable French, both spoken and written, to draft clear reports
• , customer-oriented and endowed with good interpersonal skills
• Resistant to stress and ready to take on challenges even with a smile
• Mastery of IT tools and good organizational skills

Your training:

• CFC training in , commercial employee or equivalent
• Forklift license and / or trailer license: it is a plus that will make the difference!

• As soon as possible or to be agreed
