Senior Business Analyst - Data & BI (M/F)

As part of the reinforcement of our teams, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Data & BI capable of intervening in the definition of needs, the formalization of requirements, and supporting the selection process of a future solution.

The consultant will play a central role in the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of offers as part of a call for tenders aimed at selecting a new statistical analysis tool as well as its integrator.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the business context, existing processes, and information system transformation needs.
• Collect, challenge, and formalize business requirements with the various stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain project documentation: specifications, requirements repository, meeting minutes, and summary documents.
• Facilitate business workshops and coordinate exchanges between functional teams, technical teams, and external suppliers.
• Participate in the preparation of the call for tenders and the consolidation of associated documents.
• Prepare questionnaires intended for bidders and contribute to the analysis of responses received.
• Participate in the scoring of offers and the auditions of preselected suppliers.
• Contribute to the demonstration and Proof of Concept (PoC) phases.
• Perform comparative analyses and prepare decision-making elements for governance bodies.
• Support teams in defining target processes and the functional orientations of the future solution.

We are primarily looking for a Senior Business Analyst profile oriented towards Data, BI, and Information Systems Transformation, capable of navigating in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.

Expected skills and experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consulting Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in the collection, formalization, and management of business requirements.
• Solid mastery of writing specifications and requirement files.
• Experience in modeling and documenting business processes.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT interlocutors.
• Experience in information system transformation and solution selection contexts.
• Good understanding of Data, BI, Reporting, or Analytics issues.
• Excellent analysis, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the fields of statistics, Business Intelligence, Data, or decision support reporting.
• Participation in public calls for tenders or selection processes for publishers/integrators.
• Knowledge of IIBA / BABOK frameworks.
• Knowledge of the HERMES methodology.
• Experience in the Swiss public sector or in highly regulated environments.
• Experience on decision support projects, Data Warehouse, or analytical platforms.
