To strengthen our internal and external sales department team, we are looking for - immediately or by arrangement - an internal and external sales assistant (100 %) for the Düdingen (FR) site.

In this role, you will actively support our area managers in the West region in the field in various sales processes. Thanks to your sense of organization and your flair for administrative tasks, you will occupy a central pivot function within our team. You will contribute to ensuring that we can offer our customers, on-site or by telephone, the best possible service.

Your main tasks

• Active support of area managers in sales as well as in administrative matters
• Telephone and written commercial advice as well as follow-up of our customers
• Processing and follow-up of offers, product requests and orders
• Preparation and coordination for successful commissioning at the customer's site
• Management of customer data and sales documents
• Aftersales

Your profile

• Experience in sales or consulting, ideally with a medical background
• Technical understanding as well as interest in medical devices
• You speak German fluently and ideally also French
• Experience and pleasure in customer contact and sales on-site or by telephone
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident mastery of all MS Office programs as well as ideally CRM and ERP systems
• Category B driver's license
