The SERVICE DES SPORTS (SPO) ensures, in particular, the management and maintenance of municipal sports centers, stadiums, swimming pools, and ice rinks. It makes numerous infrastructures and facilities available to the Geneva population and encourages the practice of "Sport for all" by organizing schools for young people and activities for adults and seniors. It also participates in the organization of events and supports sport, more particularly junior movements, through the granting of subsidies.

In order to complete its team, the service is looking for several

Versatile Bath Attendants

(fixed-term contract from 3 May 2027 for a duration of 4 or 5 months depending on the pools of the sports centers of Les Vernets or Varembé)

Your mission and your responsibilities:

You monitor the pools and changing rooms and ensure the safety of users. You offer the public a quality welcome. You perform cleaning and maintenance work as well as other activities.

Your profile:

You hold the BLS-AED, the Pool Plus or Pro Pool certificate (valid rescue certificates). You have passed the tests organized by the Société suisse de sauvetage and those carried out as part of the recruitment process. Experience as a bath attendant would be an asset. You accept irregular schedules including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Comfortable with the public and attentive to the needs and expectations of users, you have a sense of responsibility and are able to work independently. Availability and team spirit characterize you.

You are domiciled in the Canton de Genève or in the authorized domiciliation zone.
