On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a CNC Toolmaker (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the servicing and maintenance of production equipment and tools, while respecting requirements in terms of quantity, quality, deadlines, and cycle times.
• You will autonomously perform the adjustments necessary for the proper functioning of the tools.
• You will program and configure the measuring benches according to production needs.
• You will perform checks and measurements of the tools using the dedicated adjustment equipment.
• You will take charge of the various anomalies encountered, notably non-compliant parts, quality deviations, or malfunctions of the production means.
• You will pass on to the team leader situations requiring particular intervention or follow-up.
• You will ensure the processing and follow-up of complaints.
• You will perform the calibration and verification of clamping equipment.
• You will handle and move tools using a hoist, in compliance with safety rules.
• You will ensure that your work environment is kept clean, organized, and tidy, in accordance with 5S principles.
• You will also ensure the cleaning and routine maintenance of the various machines in your sector.

Your profile:

• You have a CFC in polymechanics, production mechanics (m/f/x), or an equivalent qualification in the field of mechanics.
• You benefit from a first successful experience in the field of tooling and master the activities related to this environment.
• You have a good command of French, both for understanding instructions and for daily communication.
• You demonstrate flexibility and are available to work according to a 3×8 shift schedule.
• You are rigorous and conscientious; you attach great importance to the precision and quality of your work.
• You enjoy teamwork while being able to perform your tasks autonomously.
