ARCHITECT HES / EPF (M/F) ##

Permanent position | Activity rate: 80-100 %

As part of the development of our activities, we wish to strengthen our team and are looking for an experienced architect, eager to invest themselves in varied projects and to participate actively in their design and realization.

Our office, human-sized, intervenes on new construction, transformation and renovation projects, of different scales and complexities. We favor a rigorous and collaborative approach, giving particular attention to architectural quality, technical mastery and the good conduct of projects.

Your missions ###

• Develop and ensure the follow-up of architectural projects, from design to realization.
• Prepare building permit application files and ensure their follow-up with the competent authorities.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings with clients, mandatories and various stakeholders.
• Establish project plans, tender plans, execution plans and construction details.
• Prepare, write and ensure the follow-up of tenders.
• Participate in planning, site supervision and the monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality of execution.

Your profile ###

• HES, EPF architect diploma or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland, ideally in the canton of Genève.
• Good mastery of the different phases of development and realization of an architectural project.
• Solid knowledge of SIA standards and the legal and regulatory framework applicable to construction, particularly in Genève.
• Excellent mastery of ArchiCAD and good mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and planning tools.
• Very good mastery of french, both oral and written. Knowledge of english is an asset.
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and ability to manage priorities.
• Spirit of initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to collaborate effectively with the different actors of a project.
