--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: IT Business Analyst - Market Operations domain --- IT Business Analyst - Market Operations domain ===================================================== Ad ------- IT Business Analyst - Market Operations domain Your main missions: * Ensure the operational and functional responsibility of a critical platform covering notably foreign exchange (FX), money market, treasury products, and derivatives activities. * Be the preferred interlocutor for Front Office, Treasury, Back Office, Accounting users and external providers for all questions relating to the applications under your responsibility. * Guarantee the availability, stability, and performance of applications by ensuring daily production monitoring, incident management, and coordination of corrective actions. * Drive the functional evolutions of applications: requirement gathering and analysis, writing specifications, coordination of developments, organization of tests, and change management. * Coordinate production deployments, application releases, and relations with publishers and external partners. * Identify, analyze, and reduce operational risks by implementing controls, monitoring mechanisms, and automation solutions. * Develop and maintain monitoring and control tools (SQL, scripts, automation) in order to improve operational efficiency and processing quality. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by simplifying manual activities and proposing high value-added optimizations. * Ensure documentation, application governance, and support during internal and external audits. Your profile: * University, HES, or equivalent education in finance, management information systems, or a similar field. * Experience in an IT Business Analyst, Application Owner, Application Manager, or Application Support role within a banking institution, a trading floor, or a financial solutions publisher. * Good knowledge of financial products and Front-to-Back processes (FX, money markets, securities, derivatives, treasury). * Good mastery of relational databases and the SQL language; knowledge of Linux/Unix, scripting (Shell), and monitoring tools is an important asset. * Solid skills in functional analysis, writing specifications, test management, and change management. * Demonstrated ability to analyze complex incidents, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure the service continuity of critical applications. * Continuous improvement mindset, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and internal client orientation. * Excellent communication skills allowing interaction with business and technical interlocutors. * Perfect mastery of French and a good level of professional English (B2 minimum); German is an advantage. * First experience or strong interest in blockchain and AI topics is a plus. * Swiss resident or willingness to settle permanently in Switzerland. * Find a team testimonial here: [CONVERGENCES 79 - Témoignages](< >) If this position is right for you, apply now and participate in the promising future of BCV.
