Desired profile:

• Engineering degree HES, EPF or equivalent in mechanics, microtechnology or similar field * Initial training in mechanical machining, ideally CFC polymécanicien or equivalent training * Proven experience in industrialization and optimization of manufacturing processes * Solid knowledge of CNC machining and process development * Experience in industrial project management * Mastery of continuous improvement tools; a Lean or Six Sigma certification is a real asset * Strong analytical capacity and methodical results-oriented approach * Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for cross-functional work * Spirit of initiative, autonomy and sense of responsibility * Good level of professional English (minimum B2) Your mission:
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening quality, productivity and industrial performance + Analyze existing processes and equipment in order to identify opportunities for optimization and reliability + Develop, refine and industrialize new manufacturing processes for technical parts or prototypes + Define manufacturing strategies, process parameters and tooling solutions adapted to customer requirements + Program and optimize CNC machining centers for high-performance technical materials + Carry out technical feasibility and industrialization studies + Ensure project follow-up from needs analysis to industrial validation + Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Methods, Development and Project Management departments + Write and implement manufacturing standards and operational best practices + Provide technical support during complex problems related to production or quality jpida43985fjm jpit1043jm jpiy26jm
