We are currently looking for our Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland campus for a:

Steward (H/F/X) from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, materials, and facilities
• Assisting the chef with requisitions and storage of kitchen products
• Assisting the kitchen team in the preparation of basic raw materials
• Cleaning machines and refrigerators in accordance with HACCP rules
• Checking the proper functioning of kitchen equipment and reporting

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of French and English
• Patient, organized, and flexible

Swiss nationality, valid permit or European CE/EFTA nationality
