On behalf of a fast-growing Swiss company, active in a digital environment, we are looking for a Finance Manager based in the Lausanne region.

Finance Manager - Right hand to the CFO - Lausanne

This is a very cross-functional and hands-on role, acting as a true right hand to the CFO on finance matters.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, closings, reporting, and consolidation matters.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and KPI analysis.
• Manage taxation, audit, and internal control matters.
• Support the CFO on various projects and ad hoc analyses.
• Optimize processes, tools, and the quality of financial information.
• Collaborate with financial and operational teams in Switzerland and internationally.

Your profile:

• Higher education in finance/accounting/controlling, ideally Federal Diploma or Chartered Accountant or Finance & Controlling.
• Proven experience in accounting and finance in a similar position with cross-functional functions.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent command of Excel and ease with ERPs.
• Fluent French and English, mandatory.
• Analytical, autonomous, and hands-on profile, comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced, and changing environment.
