The position:

To accompany its development and its ambitions, Gold Service is looking for a Customer Advisor for the Purchase and Sale of precious metals, for its agency in Morges.

Your mission:

• Ensure the reception, advice, and follow-up of the clientele;
• Control and analyze jewelry, ingots, coins, watches, and all precious metals;
• Advise clients on investment strategy and placement in precious metals;
• Manage the administrative tasks related to the functioning of the agency;
• Prospecting
• Competitive intelligence
• Enrichment of the customer database
• Increase the agency's turnover by developing the existing client portfolio.

This position is made for you if you have these skills...

• You benefit from training in sales, commerce, watchmaking, or jewelry;
• You have a good mastery of usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP);
• You master French, as well as English.

Experience in the precious metals sector would be an asset.

Your criminal record is clean and without prosecutions.
