In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for an Industrialization & CNC Machining Process Engineer (M/F).

Job Description ###

Your mission :

• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening quality, productivity and industrial performance
• Analyze existing processes and equipment in order to identify opportunities for optimization and reliability
• Develop, refine and industrialize new manufacturing processes for technical parts or prototypes
• Define manufacturing strategies, process parameters and tooling solutions adapted to customer requirements
• Program and optimize CNC machining centers for high-performance technical materials
• Conduct technical feasibility and industrialization studies
• Ensure project monitoring from needs analysis to industrial validation
• Collaborate closely with the Production, Quality, Methods, Development and Project Management departments
• Write and implement manufacturing standards and operational best practices
• Provide technical support during complex issues related to production or quality

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• HES, EPF or equivalent engineering degree in mechanics, microtechnology or a similar field
• Initial training in mechanical machining, ideally CFC polymécanicien or equivalent training
• Proven experience in industrialization and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Solid knowledge of CNC machining and process development
• Experience in industrial project management
• Mastery of continuous improvement tools; a Lean or Six Sigma certification is a real asset
• Strong analytical capacity and a methodical result-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for cross-functional work
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Good level of professional English (minimum B2)
