Introduction ###

ACG Partner SA is an independent brokerage firm based in Givisiez, active throughout French-speaking Switzerland. About twenty employees defend the interests of their clients, companies and individuals, with insurers.

Our Life Insurance department is a small, close-knit team. It manages a portfolio of SMEs from very diverse business sectors, with broad and stimulating issues. To strengthen it, we are looking for a curious person who loves to understand and find solutions.

Responsibilities ###

You will take over and autonomously manage an existing client portfolio, mainly SMEs as well as individuals, in the branches of sickness loss of earnings, LAA and complementary LAA. You will also intervene in LPP and 3rd pillar.

• Technical and administrative management of contracts: adaptations, salary declarations, premium statements
• Tenders, analyses and comparisons with insurers
• Follow-up and coordination of claims with our partners
• Close collaboration with the advisors responsible for clients and with other departments
• Direct contact with a portion of the clients, to answer their questions and identify their needs
• Participation in the improvement of our processes and our digital tools

The rhythm follows the year: more intense periods of tenders and renewals, and daily very diverse questions.

Qualifications ###

Indispensable

• * AFA certification as an insurance intermediary
• Proven experience in managing files in life insurance, at an insurer or a broker
• Good basics in all branches (sickness loss of earnings, LAA, LAAC, LPP and 3rd pillar), with expertise in at least one part of them
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written

A plus

• Federal diploma of specialist in insurance or equivalent training
• Knowledge of other languages
