In order to complete our team within our Sales and Marketing department, our group is looking for a Commercial Manager Pension for the Chablais / Valais romand region, whose mission will be to support our external service as well as agency brokers in the search and development of solutions for our clientele in the field of pension.

The various missions that await you

• Accompany our external service in client meetings, advise them, and support them on pension and mortgage products.
• Propose and promote commercial actions in the field of individual and collective life insurance and mortgages.
• Regularly monitor the results of the sales teams, find suitable actions in collaboration with general agents.
• Provide sales and product training and ensure their follow-up.
• Foster transverse relations between the agencies and the Management.

What makes you unique

• Holder of a federal diploma of financial planner or training deemed equivalent.
• Professional experience within the framework of external service, or respectively customer advisory, is necessary.
• Successful professional experience in the field of pension and finance, a mastery of legal and tax aspects is a great asset.
• Furthermore, you are customer / solution oriented, have strong interpersonal skills and good pedagogical abilities.
