Your mission :
Manufacturing of locksmithing and window frames.
TIG welding aluminum, stainless steel and steel.
Reading cutting lists with cutting.
Read and analyze workshop and assembly plans.
Cut, shape and assemble elements.
Perform polishing and stripping.
Grind and perform tribofinishing.
Respect and control the conformity of the works carried out.
Your profile :
Training as a Metal Constructor or several years of experience.
Mastery of reading plans and welding symbols.
Very good capacity in locksmithing manufacturing.
Experience in TIG welding and on ALUMINUM.
Rigor and geometric precision.
Team spirit and organizational skills.

Bender
Analyze technical files, dimensions and manufacturing diagrams.
Install tools (punches and dies) and program the CNC of the bending machine.
Feed the machine with raw material.
Bend steel, aluminum or stainless steel according to the required angles and radii.
Measure finished parts to verify the conformity of dimensions and angles.
Respect current quality and safety standards.
Your profile :
Training as a Metal Constructor or a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience on a bending machine.
Mastery of reading plans with bending degrees, bend radii and fillets.
Rigor and geometric precision.
Experience with Bystronic bending machine, a plus.
Team spirit, rigor and organizational skills.
