Methods Technician (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. With this in mind, we will shortly be looking for Methods Technician (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Develop, set up, and optimize production or control ranges, programs, and means
• Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes, from the feasibility study to production qualification
• Conduct tests, establish experimental plans, and formalize results as well as associated reports
• Formalize, secure, and make available the technical data necessary for operations
• Rationalize manufacturing ranges and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and industrial means
• Provide technical support to the operating teams facing complex problems
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliance with business standards and the quality of operations

Profile ##

• Technical training such as CFC polymechanic, HES Engineer, or ES Technician in microtechnology, mechanics, or an equivalent field
• Experience in industrial methods, ideally in the fields of machining, automatic finishing, and/or control
• Knowledge of automated production means, CNC machines, programming, or control processes depending on the field of specialization
• Proficiency in a computer-aided design tool, an ERP system, and standard IT tools
• Ability to conduct tests, analyze results, and resolve technical problems
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team, autonomy, and rigor
• Taste for field work, analytical and synthesis skills, sense of organization
• Availability to undergo initial training in Genève before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg
