To complete our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an immediate or to be agreed upon SIVO Trainer (40%) and versatile heavy vehicle driver (60%).

Exciting tasks

SIVO Trainer (40%)

• You plan, organize and lead SIVO training, individually in the vehicle and in small groups (Planning and writing reports autonomously)
• You transmit safety rules and legislation, and you demonstrate concretely how to drive in a safe and anticipatory manner
• You observe driving behavior and provide clear, fair and situation-adapted feedback
• In addition to driving behavior, themes such as load securing, managing customer relations, etc. are also analyzed
• You analyze accidents, anomalies and recurring risks, and derive priority training areas from them
• You document coaching sessions and training, and actively follow the evolution of drivers
• You work in close collaboration with management, the planning department and services
• Samsara reports: thanks to continuous video analysis, you write monthly reports that you transmit to the driving staff.

Versatile heavy vehicle driver (60%)

• Deliveries of goods on pallets, bulk and fuel in French-speaking Switzerland with 4-axle vehicles or truck trailer
• Rotating driver
• Technical inspection of the vehicle and its cleanliness
• Compliance with instructions regarding hygiene.

The sought profile

SIVO Trainer (40%)

• Solid professional experience in road transport, category CE (at least 10 years of driving experience)
• Exemplary, prudent and anticipatory behavior
• Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for human contact
• Respectful attitude, even in difficult situations
• Willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards new regulations, new technologies and internal standards
• Good IT skills (Microsoft 365) for email management, performing simple analyses and documentation
• Ability to work autonomously, good organization and rigorous maintenance of files
• Mastery of the French and German languages.

Versatile heavy vehicle driver (60%)

• Driving permit cat. C/E and valid OACP training
• Up-to-date SDR/ADR permit, tanker mandatory
• Good knowledge of French-speaking Switzerland
• Flexibility and endurance, good physical condition
• Good presentation, friendly and helpful
• Careful in the handling of vehicles and auxiliary equipment
• Honest and loyal behavior
• Autonomous and having a sense of responsibility.
