Quality / aesthetic Controller

Desired profile:

• Proven experience in the quality control of machined parts, ideally in a microtechnical, watchmaking or precision environment.
• Ability to perform both aesthetic controls as well as technical and dimensional controls.
• Rigorous, autonomous, methodical person comfortable in a production environment.
• Good analytical spirit, clear communication and ability to collaborate with production teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic and dimensional controls of machined microtechnical parts according to plans, ranges and quality criteria.
• Perform in-process controls and final controls in order to guarantee the compliance of components.
• Use appropriate measuring tools: caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, measuring column, profile projector or optical equipment.
• Read and interpret technical plans, dimensional and geometric tolerances as well as the
• Ensure the proper use of control means and compliance with procedures, instructions and quality requirements.
