The actual location of this position is in Visp, Switzerland. Eligible applicants and their families are provided with relocation support if required. In this versatile role, you will support the operational logistics processes in central logistics. You will undertake cross-functional tasks in goods receipt, warehouse management, production supply (picking & material provision) as well as in the outbound and shipping area. In doing so, you ensure compliance with all relevant GMP, GDP, safety and quality requirements. Ensuring proper warehouse management in compliance with GMP/GDP requirements. Processing of picking and order fulfillment tasks for the timely supply of production. Provision and transport of materials for production and operating processes. Execution of shipping activities as well as temperature-controlled transports for internal and external customers. Seamless documentation of all storage, transport and shipping processes in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, IATA, ADR and other relevant guidelines. Active participation in inventories, process optimizations and continuous improvement measures. Flexible support of all logistics areas within central logistics according to operational needs. Your profile: Completed vocational training in the field of logistics, supply chain or a comparable specialization. Experience in the areas of goods receipt, warehouse logistics, production supply or shipping is an advantage. Ideally knowledge in GMP/GDP-regulated environments as well as in handling dangerous goods regulations. High quality, safety and customer orientation. Structured, independent and reliable way of working. Teamwork skills, flexibility and willingness to provide cross-functional support. Good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
