For our Domdidier site with more than 450 employees, we are looking for an

Area Sales Manager - Building Mittelland / Central Switzerland - 100% (m/f)

You manage the existing customer base and win new customers and markets in your sales area (BE/SO/LU/OW/NW). You are responsible for the short, medium and long-term distribution revenue targets in your sales area in collaboration with the Product Managers and Sales Engineers.

What does the position look like? ##

• Budget planning, distribution and revenue targets
• Customer and area responsibility for the entire product range
• Regular customer visits and customer follow-up
• Maintenance of existing customers and acquisition of new customers and markets in your sales area
• Development and promotion of strong and lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs
• Continuous monitoring of budgets and sales statistics
• Supporting the relevant Product Managers in implementing objectives through market observations
• Participation in international events and meetings

What do we expect from you? ##

• Basic training in electrical engineering with good knowledge of building technology and automation
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset as well as a desire for continuous improvement
• Fluent proficiency in German, both spoken and written; English is an asset
• Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
