On behalf of our client, we are looking for

Job Description ###

• Operation and maintenance of 5-axis CNC grinding machines (Crevoisier C400B, RecoMatic CT501)
• Production setups and series startup
• Reading technical drawings and strict compliance with manufacturing instructions and process sheets
• Loading parts and monitoring production
• Dimensional control of parts using measuring instruments (profile projector, micrometer)
• Reporting non-conformities and participation in product quality
• Surface preparation on BULA machine, including setup, startup, and quality monitoring
• Performing self-checks according to internal procedures

Profile ###

• Training in basic polishing and general mechanics
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking industry
• Mastery of CNC grinding, reading drawings, and control tools
• Rigor, professional conscience, and a sharp sense of quality
• Team spirit and commitment to collective success
