Your mission

As Group Leader, you ensure the proper operational conduct of the security and reception system, while supervising, motivating, and developing your team. You are the essential link between the agents, the client, and management.

Your main responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the team on site and guarantee irreproachable service
• Guarantee compliance with instructions, procedures, and quality standards
• Ensure the management of alarms, verification of doubt, and access control
• Supervise:
• the reception of calls and the welcome of visitors
• video surveillance
• the management of badges and access
• Organize and control patrols (control, opening, closing)
• Produce and validate clear, regular, and relevant reports
• Report essential information for the proper functioning of the service
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and the professionalization of the system
• Participate in daily meetings with the client, ensure the follow-up of operational points, and contribute to fluid and proactive communication

Your profile

• Confirmed experience in private security
• Comfortable in a role of coordination and field leadership
• Acute sense of service, communication, and image
• Rigor in writing, analytical spirit, and ability to prioritize
• Ability to manage unforeseen events with calm and composure
• Comfortable with modern technology and security tools
