whose main mission will be to ensure the recruitment of permanent staff for technical trades in the watchmaking sector.
Job Description

• Identify recruitment sources
• Launch recruitment, notably writing and posting advertisements
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and firms
• Conduct various candidate searches on existing platforms, including direct approaches
• Perform the selection of files
• Plan and conduct interviews
• Ensure the follow-up of applications
• Manage various administrative tasks

Profile sought

• Higher Education (University, HES) - HRSE Diploma
• Confirmed experience in recruitment for technical/industrial sectors in Switzerland indispensable
• Mastery of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Knowledge of the market and the local Genevois economic fabric indispensable
• French native speaker with excellent spelling and perfect mastery of syntax
