As part of the replacement of the Product Manager, we are looking for a person responsible for driving our high-tech product portfolio and contributing to its strategic development. In collaboration with the sales, technical, and operational teams, they will transform market needs into high-performance and competitive solutions.

Your missions

By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:

• Strategic management: Define the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and position solutions against the market and competition.
• Lifecycle management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, by translating customer needs into concrete specifications.
• Market analysis & customer needs: Monitor trends, analyze competition, identify opportunities, and build adapted value propositions.
• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, quality, customer service, and the PMO.
• Sales support: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, support sales teams, and participate in customer presentations and trade fairs.
• Innovation & product excellence: Promote innovation, identify key technologies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Your expertise

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical, industrial, microtechnical engineering or an equivalent field.
• Additional training in Product Management or business management is an asset.
• Proven experience in a Product Management, Business Development, or technical project management role.
• Experience in a B2B industrial environment with a strong technological component.
• Good understanding of industrial systems and precision technologies.
• Very good level of French and English (German is an asset)
