Banking Customer Advisor (M/F)

For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for a Banking Customer Advisor.

Your responsibilities

On behalf of our client, a leading banking institution, we are looking for a Customer Advisor wishing to invest themselves in a dynamic and service-oriented environment.

In this capacity, you:

• Ensure the follow-up and development of a client portfolio by offering support adapted to their needs.
• Provide quality advice on all standard banking services and contribute to the promotion of the various solutions offered by the bank.
• Identify the development potential of clients and seize opportunities allowing for the strengthening of the commercial relationship.
• Welcome, advise, and accompany clients in the branch while ensuring they are offered a first-class experience.
• Direct clients to specialized contacts when their needs require specific expertise.
• Actively participate in the acquisition of new clients and contribute to the growth of the branch's portfolio.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of files as well as compliance with internal procedures and current regulatory requirements.

Your profile ##

• Holder of a CFC bancaire or a Swiss banking training deemed equivalent.
• You benefit from successful experience in a customer advisory role within a banking institution in Switzerland.
• You have good knowledge of banking products and services as well as the Swiss financial environment.
• SAQ certification is an asset.
• Possessing an excellent sense of contact, you easily establish relationships of trust with a diverse clientele.
• You demonstrate a real sense of service, listening, and customer orientation.
• Organized and rigorous, you effectively manage your priorities and ensure quality follow-up of files.
