Technical Project Manager – Projects, Service & Technology (f/m/d)

As a Technical Project Manager at Bano, you will ensure the implementation of our innovative and functional bathrooms and make an essential contribution to easing the daily lives of people in need of care.

Bano is a Norwegian market leader in the development, manufacture, and delivery of innovative and functional bathrooms. The company was founded 23 years ago and has also been present in Switzerland since 2022. In our small Swiss team, you will play a decisive role in the success in the Swiss market.

In Switzerland, you will be part of a small team of three people, in which everyone takes on several areas of responsibility and works closely together. For this position, that means: you manage projects from order to completion, are occasionally on the construction site and with the customer, and also take care of the service. The exchange with our colleagues at the Norwegian headquarters is an important part of our daily routine.

Your tasks

As a technical contact person, you accompany our projects from order to commissioning and ensure coordination between the various participants:

• Participation in sales and project meetings together with the Sales Managers
• Management of projects from receipt of order to installation and aftercare, including coordination with sanitary installers, electricians, planners, and architects as well as construction site visits
• Coordination of deliveries with the Norwegian headquarters
• Technical training of installers and technical services in nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals
• If required, carrying out minor assemblies and repairs in existing bathrooms
• Processing of complaints, service, and aftercare including on-site assessment
• Creation of plans and floor plans for the sales team
• Management of a small local warehouse as well as the logistics of spare parts
• Setup and support during trade fair appearances

Your profile

You are the technical link between Bano Switzerland, our headquarters, customers, operators, and local partners.

You bring the following competencies:

• You speak fluent French and German (one language as a native language) and have basic knowledge of English, as you are traveling throughout Switzerland and are in regular contact with the headquarters in Norway.
• You have a strong manual and technical understanding, with which you can support planners, architects, and installers with all technical questions.
• You bring a suitable professional background, for example from the sanitary, carpentry, or construction industry or from a comparable area. Training as a Zimmermann/Frau EFZ, Sanitärinstallateur/in EFZ, or Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Sanitär EFZ is an advantage.
• You possess a driver's license and are willing to travel throughout Switzerland.
• You have basic IT knowledge (orders, complaints, CRM) and are willing to familiarize yourself with simple drawing programs.
• You live in Switzerland and have a valid work permit
