In collaboration with your technical assistant, with whom you will form a work duo, you will ensure the maintenance and enhancement of the entrusted real estate assets. You will notably be required to manage works, technical interventions and insurance claims, to advise owners in their decisions and to ensure compliance with the legal, technical and administrative regulations applicable to the buildings. Your tasks * ensure the day-to-day technical management of a portfolio of buildings, ensuring their maintenance and proper functioning * advise and support owners in their technical decisions in order to preserve, maintain and enhance their real estate assets * carry out move-in/move-out inspections and ensure the follow-up of the restoration of properties * manage insurance claims as well as the administrative and regulatory steps related to buildings and works * organize possible renovations and quantify the needs for work, notably by preparing quotes and counter-offers, ensuring the quality of services as well as compliance with costs and deadlines * collaborate with caretakers, supervise their services in accordance with their job description and participate in their recruitment process * organize and coordinate the activities of the work duo formed with the technical assistant and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure efficient and coordinated management of the portfolio * participate in the proper functioning and continuity of the service, notably through the transmission of useful information and the replacement, during their absences, of the other technical manager of the designated backup group. Through your actions, you will contribute to the quality of our services and to the development of the image of our Company. Your profile * holder of a diploma in building technology (CFC, ET/ES technician or title deemed equivalent) or a CFC as a commercial employee, real estate branch * in possession of confirmed experience of at least 3 years in real estate technical management * good command of French, both written and oral * good command of Microsoft Office tools.
