Under the supervision of a Property Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Collaboration in all activities related to the technical management of the portfolio
• Relations with owners, tenants and artisans/state masters
• Preparation of requests for quotes, vouchers and statements of works, claims management
• Carrying out move-in and move-out inspections, pre-inspections and monitoring of works
• Collaboration in the technical monitoring of buildings and in the supervision of concierges
• Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices
• Handling of administrative tasks, also in leasing, during periods of heavy workload or absence of the team assistant
• Correspondence and various tasks

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of building technology and tenancy law
• 2-3 years of experience in technical management or in a technical building-related profession
• Experience in an administrative position is essential
• Proficiency in common office tools and the French language
• Administrative and organizational rigor
• Comfortable in contact
• Interest in administrative work as well as building technology
• Driver's license / private vehicle
