The Human Resources Recruitment sector contributes to attracting and engaging the talents necessary for the proper functioning and development of the Hôpital du Jura.

As part of the replacement of the current holder, the Hôpital du Jura is looking for, for an immediate start or as to be agreed, a:

Your missions

• Lead the recruitment processes, from the analysis of the need to the engagement.
• Advise and support department heads in their recruitments and candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure sourcing, develop and implement new recruitment strategies and channels, particularly to attract rare or shortage profiles.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of recruitment practices within the team.
• Provide a first level of advice on the rules related to Swiss labor law and the engagement of Swiss and cross-border personnel.
• Manage and support the employees of the recruitment team, organize the activity, set priorities and promote the development of their skills.
• Collaborate with the HR Management on projects and topics related to recruitment.
• Contribute to the Employer Brand by sharing your expertise and your knowledge of the market.

Qualifications

• Higher education in human resources or training deemed equivalent, completed by confirmed experience in the field of recruitment. The federal diploma of HR specialist is an asset.
• Confirmed experience in recruitment and in team management.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset.
• Very good command of French and excellent writing skills.
• Interest in Swiss labor law and ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.
• Autonomy, organization, sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, team spirit and ability to unite.
• Flexibility to travel to the various sites of the Hôpital du Jura.
