KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the supply chain team to provide reliable service to our franchisees
• Communicate daily with the logistics provider's operations team and the Burger King Suisse team
• Contribute to supply chain projects and support their successful implementation
• Monitor procurement, product availability and stock levels, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and restaurants
• Compile performance reports and key supply chain indicators
• Ensure the accuracy of procurement master data in the workflow management tool
• Prepare and provide relevant information documents for restaurants and franchisees
• Act as a key interface between our logistics partner and our client, Burger King

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional training or Bachelor/University level degree in logistics or equivalent
• 3 years in a comparable position or in logistics/purchasing
• French and English, with good to very good written and oral skills in German
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills, associated with your own initiative and proactive approach. High commitment and timely completion of tasks and projects are necessary
• Ability to prioritize with a practical attitude
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team and independently, with precision and in a constructive manner
