Construction Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Site management, coordination of companies, site meetings with minute taking
• Preparation of tenders, comparisons, adjudication of works and contracts
• Cost control, verification of invoices and measurements, final accounts
• Establishment of the work schedule with monitoring and updates
• Control and maintenance of the execution file, monitoring of modifications

Profile

• Training in construction management and/or ES technician, with CFC as a building draughtsman
• Proven experience in site management
• Knowledge of the public procurement law and its procedures (asset)
• Mastery of Messerli or Delta software
• Sense of responsibility, organization and respect for planning objectives
